At Chasing Harmony Recovery Center is  a division of Life Intensity Counseling Services (a 501 (c)(3) organization. We provide compassionate, multidisciplinary treatment tailored to teens and young adults facing addiction and mental health challenges.

Evidenced-Based Therapy

Clinically, the goal of EBP is to deliver the best possible outcome for each and every patient through the application of the 3 components listed below. This means better assessment, goal setting, treatment planning, service provision and progress monitoring of our patients. And it works!

Age Specific Therapy

Tweens & Teens (Ages 11–18)

  •  Focuses on cognitive restructuring (CBT), peer group dynamics, and identity development. It helps navigate academic stress, social anxiety, and life transition

Young Adults (Ages 18–26)

  • Treatment addresses the unique pressures of emerging adulthood, such as independent living, career transitions, relationship building, and managing systemic anxieties.

Substance Use Disorder IOP

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) focuses on education, therapy, and skill-building to address the physical, emotional, and behavioral aspects of substance use. Participants attend regularly Group therapy with licensed clinicians who specialize in addiction treatment, ensuring individualized care in a supportive and confidential environment

Mental Health IOP

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to fit real life. Sessions are held 3–5 days per week, lasting 3–4 hours each, allowing participants to maintain work, school, or family commitments while engaging in meaningful therapy

Partial Hospitalization - Dual Diagnosis

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a high level of care, combining individual therapy, group therapy, medical oversight, psychoeducation, and skill-building, all delivered in a structured daily schedule. Participants typically attend the program 5 days per week, 6–8 hours per day, allowing them to integrate recovery skills into real-life settings while maintaining personal and professional responsibilities. 

Virtual IOP

Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an innovative approach to substance abuse and mental health treatment that allows participants to receive intensive outpatient services through a digital platform. This program is designed for individuals who require a significant level of support but cannot commit to inpatient treatment due to personal, professional, or familial obligations. Utilizing secure video conferencing technology.
